1. 接受条款
下载、安装或使用 LinPlayer（以下称“本应用”）即表示你同意本条款。若不同意，请勿使用本应用。
2. 本应用是什么
本应用是一款免费、开源的媒体播放器，用于播放你自己拥有或有权访问的媒体服务器与云盘中的视频。本应用不提供、不托管、不分发任何影视内容，也不内置任何内容源；所有内容均来自你自行配置的服务器或账号。
3. 许可
本应用依据 GNU AGPL-3.0 授权，源代码公开。你可在该许可证条款下使用、修改与分发本应用。
4. 你的责任
- 你须对连接的服务器、账号及所播放内容的合法性负责，并遵守当地法律与相关服务的条款。
- 不得使用本应用侵犯他人著作权，或规避任何技术保护措施。
- 你自行负责保管设备与凭据的安全；凭据保存在你的设备上，丢失设备可能导致他人访问你的服务。
5. 第三方服务
本应用可按你的选择连接 Google Drive、OneDrive、Dropbox、阿里云盘、百度网盘、115、夸克、Emby / Jellyfin、Trakt、Bangumi、弹弹play、TMDB 等第三方服务。这些服务由各自的运营方提供，适用其各自的条款与政策；本应用与它们均无隶属或背书关系。各自的商标归其所有者所有。
6. 免责声明
本应用按“现状”提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权的担保。我们不保证本应用不中断、无错误，或与任何特定服务器、云盘或设备兼容。
7. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害（包括数据丢失、账号被封、收益损失）承担责任。
8. 可用性与变更
本应用及其配套服务（如令牌交换代理）为免费提供，可能随时变更、暂停或终止，恕不另行通知。我们可能不时更新本条款；更新后继续使用即视为接受新条款。
9. 终止
你可随时卸载本应用以终止本条款。若你违反本条款，相关授权将自动终止。

1. 規約への同意
LinPlayer（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストールまたは使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は本アプリをご利用にならないでください。
2. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、お客様が所有またはアクセス権を有するメディアサーバーやクラウドストレージ内の動画を再生するための、無料のオープンソース・メディアプレーヤーです。本アプリ自体はいかなる映像コンテンツも提供・ホスティング・配布しません。再生される内容はすべて、お客様が設定したサーバーまたはアカウントに由来します。
3. ライセンス
本アプリは GNU AGPL-3.0 のもとで提供され、ソースコードは公開されています。同ライセンスの条件に従って使用、改変、再配布できます。
4. お客様の責任
- 接続するサーバー・アカウント、および再生するコンテンツの適法性について、お客様が責任を負い、各国の法令および各サービスの規約を遵守してください。
- 他者の著作権を侵害する目的、または技術的保護手段を回避する目的で本アプリを使用しないでください。
- 端末と認証情報の管理はお客様の責任です。認証情報は端末内に保存されるため、端末の紛失は第三者によるサービスへのアクセスにつながる可能性があります。
5. 第三者サービス
本アプリは、お客様の選択により Google ドライブ、OneDrive、Dropbox、阿里云盘、百度网盘、115、夸克、Emby / Jellyfin、Trakt、Bangumi、弾弾play、TMDB などの第三者サービスに接続できます。これらは各運営者が提供するものであり、それぞれの規約およびポリシーが適用されます。本アプリはこれらと提携関係になく、推奨・承認を受けてもいません。各商標は各権利者に帰属します。
6. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害を含むいかなる明示または黙示の保証も行いません。中断のない動作、エラーのない動作、特定のサーバー・クラウドストレージ・端末との互換性を保証するものではありません。
7. 責任の制限
適用法が認める最大限の範囲において、開発者は、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる間接的、付随的、特別または結果的損害（データの喪失、アカウントの停止、逸失利益を含む）についても責任を負いません。
8. 提供と変更
本アプリおよび付随サービス（トークン交換プロキシなど）は無償で提供され、予告なく変更、停止または終了する場合があります。本規約は随時更新されることがあり、更新後も使用を継続した場合は新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 終了
本アプリをアンインストールすることで、いつでも本規約を終了できます。本規約に違反した場合、付与された権利は自動的に終了します。

LinPlayer Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using LinPlayer (the “App”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is
The App is a free, open-source media player for watching videos hosted on media servers and cloud storage that you own or are authorized to access. The App does not provide, host or distribute any media content and ships with no content sources; everything you play comes from servers or accounts you configure yourself.
3. License
The App is licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0 and its source code is public. You may use, modify and redistribute it under that license.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the servers and accounts you connect and for the legality of the content you play, and for complying with applicable law and the terms of those services.
- Do not use the App to infringe copyright or to circumvent technical protection measures.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and credentials. Credentials are stored on your device, so losing the device may give others access to your services.
5. Third-party services
At your choice the App can connect to third-party services including Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Aliyun Drive, Baidu Netdisk, 115, Quark, Emby / Jellyfin, Trakt, Bangumi, Dandanplay and TMDB. Those services are operated by their respective providers under their own terms and policies. The App is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by them, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or compatible with any particular server, cloud provider or device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including data loss, account suspension or lost profits) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Availability and changes
The App and its companion services (such as the token-exchange proxy) are provided free of charge and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
You may end these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. The rights granted here terminate automatically if you breach these Terms.
